| Body: | Section 31-8-33 Penalty for violation of laws pertaining to Confederate pensions. Any person who violates any provisions of the laws of this state as to pensions for widows of Confederate veterans, if a penalty is not otherwise provided for such violation, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500.00.
