| Body: | Section 31-8-1 State Department of Human Resources to provide for payment of pensions under chapter. The State Department of Human Resources, by and through the State Board of Human Resources and the Commissioner of the State Department of Human Resources, is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to provide for the payment to the widows of Confederate veterans and others entitled thereto the pension provided therefor pursuant to this chapter.
