| Body: | Section 31-2-71 Qualifications and appointment of National Guard staff officers headquartered in other states. Staff officers allocated to the Alabama National Guard whose headquarters are situated in other states shall be appointed by the Governor. The qualifications of candidates for such appointments shall be the same as is now required by law for the appointment of other officers of the Alabama National Guard. (Acts 1936, Ex.
