| Body: | Section 31-2-61 Salaries of officers and employees of Military Department. Salaries of officers and other employees of the Military Department shall be such as are now or may hereafter be provided by law. All salaries provided shall be paid in the same manner as salaries of other state officials and employees are paid, and may be paid out of any appropriations made for the expenses of the State Military Department.
