| Body: | Section 24-2-10 Provisions of chapter cumulative; conflicting laws. The provisions of this chapter shall be cumulative and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law and shall be construed in pari materia with other laws relative to redevelopment plans and redevelopment projects.
