| Body: | Section 23-1-93 Advertisement for contract bids - Exceptions. In the event of the destruction of a bridge, or damage thereto, rendering the same impassable, or in any other emergency, the county commission may contract for the repair or rebuilding of such bridge without advertisement if the public good requires it, except in cases where the State Department of Transportation has jurisdiction over such bridges.
