| Body: | Section 23-1-288 Penalty for violation of division, etc. Whoever erects or maintains a sign in violation of the provisions of this division or in violation of rules and regulations promulgated by the director under the provisions of this division shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be punished as provided in Title 13A.
