Body: | Section 22-3-11 Appropriations by municipalities for public health work. Each incorporated municipality having a population of 5,000 or more, according to the last federal census, in counties which have provided for a health officer shall provide a sufficient sum of money properly to safeguard the public health and promote sanitation within the corporate limits of the municipality, and all municipalities may make appropriations especially for public health work.
