| Body: | Section 22-21-277 Article cumulative; conflicting laws. The provisions of this article are cumulative and, insofar as possible, they shall be construed in pari materia with other laws relating to public health. Nevertheless, all laws or parts of laws, including, but not limited to any part of Chapter 5A (commencing with Section 31-5A-1) of Title 31, which conflict with this article are repealed.
