| Body: | Section 22-13-3 Educational plan. The State Board of Health, in collaboration with the Committee on Cancer Control of the Medical Association of the State of Alabama and other agencies, shall formulate and put into effect an educational plan for the purpose of preventing cancer throughout the State of Alabama, and for the purpose of aiding in the early diagnosis of cancer and for the purpose of informing hospitals and cancer patients of the proper treatment.
