Body: | Section 22-11A-13 Sexually transmitted diseases. Sexually transmitted diseases which are designated by the State Board of Health are recognized and declared to be contagious, infectious and communicable diseases and dangerous to public health. The State Board of Health is authorized and directed to promulgate rules for the testing, reporting, investigation and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases.
