| Body: | Section 21-1-1 Created; rights, privileges, etc.; location. There shall be a body corporate under the corporate name of "Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind," which by that name may sue and be sued, acquire and hold real and personal property and have and exercise all the powers of a corporation, and which shall maintain and operate a state educational institution for the deaf and the blind.
