Body: | Section 20-1-91 Sale or offer for sale of "blow-outs," "pops," "culls," etc. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association to sell or offer for sale for any purpose pecans or any other nuts designated in Section 20-1-90 when such nuts are commonly known and designated at shelling, grading, cracking, or cleaning plants as "blow-outs," "pops," "culls," or rejected nuts, unless such nuts are crushed or otherwise denatured to render the nuts unfit for human consumption.
