| Body: | Section 2-30-3 Appointment, discharge, and compensation of employees. The director, consistent with the respective policies and procedures for the appropriate university, may from time to time appoint, discharge, and fix the compensation of all necessary assistants and employees. The assistants and employees, insofar as their salaries or any part thereof is paid by the State of Alabama, shall be paid out of any appropriations to the extension system.
