| Body: | Section 2-23-9 Rules and regulations. The board, after reasonable notice and hearing to interested persons, may make such rules and regulations, including establishing fees, as are reasonably necessary to implement and carry out the provisions of this chapter and to establish such additional standards and requirements as are necessary to protect the purchasers and users of agricultural liming materials which relate to the manufacture, distribution, sale, and advertising for sale of such materials.
