| Body: | Section 2-19-6 Conversion, etc., of cotton samples. Any person who is authorized to sample cotton and who, with intent to defraud, converts such samples to his own use or refuses to deliver them on demand to the owner, consignee or agent, unless they have been destroyed or stolen without his agency or taken out of his possession by legal process, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
