Body: | Section 2-15-85 Penalty for violation of division; procedure to deny or revoke permit and restrain or enjoin operation of livestock market. A willful failure or refusal of any livestock market to comply with the provisions of Section 2-15-82 shall be valid grounds for denial or revocation of a permit to operate a livestock market in accordance with the requirements and procedure for such action as prescribed by Section 2-15-61. Any person who willfully fails or refuses to comply with the requirements of this division shall be subject to the penalty provisions of Section 2-15-70(a), and any person may be restrained and enjoined from operating or continuing to operate a livestock market in violation of this division in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 2-15-70(c).
