| Body: | Section 2-13-94 Violation a misdemeanor. Any person, firm, corporation or association who shall violate any of the provisions of this article or who fails to perform any duty or requirement imposed by the provisions of this article or who violates any rules or regulations duly promulgated hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as prescribed by law for such offenses.
