| Body: | Section 17-6-43 Packaging of ballots; detachable stubs. Ballots for use in a precinct shall be packaged in convenient numbers in such manner that each ballot may be removed separately. Each ballot shall have attached to it a numbered stub which can be detached therefrom without injury to the ballot or exposing the contents thereof.
