| Body: | Section 17-6-35 Procedure to vote straight party ticket. If the elector desires to vote a straight party ticket, that is, for each and every candidate for one party for whatever office nominated, he or she shall mark the name of the party at the head of the ticket in the manner determined by a rule adopted by the Secretary of State under the Administrative Procedure Act.
