| Body: | Section 16-9-27 Report forms. The county superintendent of education, subject to the provisions of this title, shall prepare forms and blanks on which school trustees, supervisors, attendance officers, principals, teachers, janitors and other regular employees shall make such reports as shall be required by the county board of education and shall submit the same for approval and adoption by the county board of education.
