| Body: | Section 16-9-22 Grading and standardizing schools. Subject to the rules and regulations of the State Board of Education, the county superintendent of education shall prepare rules and regulations for grading and standardizing all public schools of the county and shall submit the same for approval and adoption by the county board of education.
