| Body: | Section 16-4-6 Execution of educational policy. The State Superintendent of Education shall execute the educational policy of the State Board of Education. He shall call and conduct conferences of county or city boards of education, county superintendents of education, city superintendents of schools, supervisors, attendance officers, principals and teachers on matters relating to the condition, needs and improvements of the schools.
