| Body: | Section 16-3-21 Annual report. The board of education shall submit each year on or before the first day of December, or as early thereafter as practicable, to the Governor an annual report covering all operations of the Department of Education and the support, conditions, progress and needs of education throughout the state. Such annual report shall be printed in sufficient quantities for general distribution throughout the state and for the usual exchange courtesies between state educational authorities.
