| Body: | Section 16-16-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following respective meanings: (1) THE AUTHORITY. The public corporation organized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (2) BONDS. The bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter. (3) STATE. The State of Alabama.
