Body: | Section 15-26-5 Conduct of grand jury proceeding involving sworn police officers by audio-video communication device. At the discretion of the district attorney, any grand jury proceeding involving sworn police officers may be conducted by an audio-video communication device. The audio-video communication shall enable the district attorney, the grand jury, and the sworn police officer to see and converse simultaneously with each other. The signal of the audio-video communication shall be transmitted live and shall be secure from interception or eavesdropping by anyone other than the persons communicating.
