| Body: | Section 14-3-12 Appointment of chaplains and assistant chaplains. Chaplains shall be appointed by the Board of Corrections, which chaplains shall in turn appoint assistant chaplains with the approval of the board. The chaplains shall devote their entire time to moral improvement and religious instruction of the convicts. The term of office shall be at the will of the board.
