| Body: | Section 13A-7-28 Criminal possession of noxious substances. (a) A person commits the crime of criminal possession of noxious substances if he possesses, manufactures or transports any stink bomb or device, irritant, offensive-smelling or injurious substance, and intends that the injurious article or substance be used in the commission of any crime. (b) Criminal possession of noxious substances is a Class A misdemeanor. (Acts 1977, No. 607, p. 812, ยง2720.) |
