| Body: | Section 12-2-130 Confidential secretary of Chief Justice. The Chief Justice shall have a confidential secretary who shall perform such duties as may be required by him and who shall be appointed and dismissed at the will of the Chief Justice and who shall be subject to the merit system only as to the pay plan.
