| Body: | Section 12-17-227.15 (Effective November 8, 2016, subject to contingencies) Relation to other laws. No other provision of law in any other statute which provides wholly or partly at the expense of the State of Alabama or of any political subdivision thereof for pensions or retirement benefits for employees of the state shall apply to members of the plan established by this division, except as to provisions for coverage under the federal Social Security Act, as may be provided by state and federal laws.
