| Body: | Section 11-85-5 Certification of plan to Governor and to municipalities, counties, etc., within region. The regional planning commission, after adopting the regional plan, shall certify a copy thereof to the Governor, to the planning commission of each municipality within the region, to the council of each municipality not having a planning commission, to the county commission of each county wholly or partly included in the region and to other organized taxing districts or political subdivisions wholly or partly included in the region.
