Body: | Section 11-51-155 Bond to dissolve temporary injunctive relief - Security against final judgment and costs. The surety bond, if required by Section 11-51-154, shall stand as security for any judgment and costs finally determined against the respondent, except in instances where the liability thereon is relieved by and attaches to a supersedeas bond as provided in this division.
