| Body: | Section 11-50-147 Qualifications for voting; provision of ballots; conduct of election generally. At the election so ordered all qualified voters under the laws of this state who are resident citizens of such city or town may vote, and the ballot shall be provided or furnished by the board of aldermen or other governing body, and the election shall be conducted in conformity to the laws of this state, except as otherwise provided in this article.
