| Body: | Section 11-49-44 Enforcement of ordinance by action in circuit court. Such governing body may also, by complaint filed in the circuit court in the county in which the city is situated, compel compliance with any or all proper ordinances ordering the construction or maintenance of viaducts, bridges, or tunnels passed under the authority of this article, express jurisdiction being conferred on all circuit courts of this state to that end.
