| Body: | Section 11-48-23 Notice of hearing upon objections, etc., to assessments. The notice provided for in Section 11-48-22 shall state that, at a time and place therein mentioned, not less than 20 days from the date of publication, the council shall meet to hear and determine any objections or defense that may be filed to such assessment or the amount thereof.
