Body: | Section 11-44E-160 Party caucus or primary for nomination of candidates for mayor or commissioner prohibited. It shall be unlawful to hold a party caucus or primary for the purpose of nominating any candidate for the office of mayor or commissioner and any candidate who solicits, receives, or accepts a party or caucus nomination for any office shall be ineligible for such office or any other municipal office for a period of four years thereafter.
