| Body: | Section 11-43C-20 Vice-president of council. The vice-president of the council shall be elected by the members of the council and shall serve a two-year term and may be re-elected for another two-year term. The vice-president will serve in the absence of the president. If a vacancy shall occur in the office of vice-president of the council, the council shall elect a successor to the vice-president.
