| Body: | Section 11-16-25 Preparation, recordation, filing, and publication of certified copy of election result. The board of commissioners upon the conclusion of canvassing said returns shall certify in writing the result of said election, a copy of which shall be filed and recorded in the office of the judge of probate of the county and another copy published by at least one insertion in a newspaper published in the county if there be such newspaper.
