Body: | Section 11-16-36 Preparation, form, and marking of ballots. The ballot used at such election must be prepared by the probate judge and shall contain the words "For erection of courthouse on site _____" and "Against erection of courthouse on site _____" (the description of the site to be shown in the blank space), and the voter shall indicate his choice by placing a cross mark before or after the one or the other.
