Body: | SB410 By Senator Beasley ENROLLED, An Act, Relating to the City of Eufaula in Barbour County; to authorize the governing body of Eufaula to regulate and permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages during certain hours on Sunday by properly licensed retail licensees serving the general public in the city. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. The governing body of the City of Eufaula in Barbour County, by ordinance, may regulate and permit the sale of alcoholic beverages after 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, as determined by the governing body, by properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and the City of Eufaula serving the general public in the city. Section 2. This act shall become effective immediately following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
