By Representative Boothe HB538 ENROLLED, An Act, Relating to Pike County; to authorize the board of education to insure school buildings and property through the State Insurance Fund or a private insurance company. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. Pursuant to Section 41-15-1, Code of Alabama 1975, the Pike County Board of Education may insure county school buildings and county school property through the State Insurance Fund or a private insurance company, whichever the board determines provides the best coverage.
