Body: | SB172 By Senator Sanders ENROLLED, An Act, To require the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency to operate a driver's license office in each county of the state; and to require the office to be operational a minimum of two days each week. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. The Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency shall operate a driver's license office in each county of the state. The driver's license office shall be operational during regular business hours a minimum of two days each week. Section 2. This act shall become effective immediately following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
