By Representative Sells HB477 ENROLLED, An Act, Relating to Crenshaw County; to amend Section 45-21-84.39 of the Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the expiration date of certain special fees charged by the office of the judge of probate; to authorize the special fees for an additional 10 years. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:Section 1. Section 45-21-84.39 of the Code of Alabama 1975, is amended to read as follows: ยง45-21-84.39. "This subpart shall expire and shall be repealed 10 years after July 1, 2007 2027." Section 2. This act shall become effective on the first day of the third month following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law. Crenshaw County Judge, Probate Code Amended |
