A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To make a supplemental appropriation from the Education Trust Fund to the Sickle Cell Oversight and Regulatory Commission in the amount of $15,632.45 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1. In addition to all other appropriations heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated $15,632.45 from the Education Trust Fund to the Sickle Cell Oversight and Regulatory Commission for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016. Section 2. This act shall become effective immediately following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
