ENROLLED, An Act,

To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Bay Minette in Baldwin County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:

Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Bay Minette in Baldwin County are altered, rearranged, and extended to include within the corporate limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands now included, all of the following territory:

PARCEL 1

(A) 1.84 acres in a plot known as Stapleton Cemetery and described as follows: From point "A" previously described, run North 06° 20' East, 39.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run North 25° 31' East along the East right-of-way of the Old Daphne Road for 400 feet; thence run South 64° 29' East, 200 feet; thence run South 25° 31' West, 400 feet; thence run North 64° 29' West, 200 feet to the Point of Beginning.

(B) An easement strip 10 feet wide to the South of, parallel to, and equally as long as the South boundary of Stapleton Cemetery, described as follows: from Point ''A'' previously described, run North 06° 20' East, 26.6 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run South 64° 29' East, 198.9 feet; thence run North 25° 31' East, 10.0 feet; thence run North 64° 29' West, 200.0 feet; thence run South 06° 20' West, 10.1 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.05 acres

PARCEL 2

Also the following described property in Baldwin County, Alabama; from the Northwest corner of Section 16, Township 3 South, Range 3 East, run South 2054.2 feet; thence run East 2936 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run South 84° 47' East, 150 feet; thence run North 10° 43' East, 143.9 feet; thence run North 77° 08' West, 149.9 feet; thence run South 10° 43' West, 163.9 feet to the Point of Beginning, in all containing 0.53 acres, more or less.

Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6(b) of the Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing what territory is proposed to be annexed to the City of Bay Minette is on file in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County, Alabama, and the map is open to the inspection of the public.

Section 3. This act shall become effective on the first day of the third month following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
